Description
This draft template is designed to combine the information contained in the APR reports - based on the template issued by the Monitoring and Evaluation Department of the State Department for Planning - with financial information.
The reports are based on the same programmes and KPIs contained in the Sector Plans, CIDP, Budget Estimates and Work Plan. The embedded Excel file can be used to track the progress among these policy documents and build the annual report from the cumulative quarterly reports.
