Description
This guide and tools are designed to help train community facilitators to understand what ‘social accountability’ means and what tools are available for use to hold the county executive to account, particularly in terms of the way services are delivered in the county. The train materials are designed to equip community facilitators to train and guide citizens and community groups, introduce them to the concept of social accountability, explain how they as citizens can be involved, and what tools they can use to hold county governments to account and help improve the delivery of services in the county. Includes separate a set of handouts and power point presentations.
