Description
This policy seeks to enhance efficiency in collection and administration of county governments’ own source revenue (OSR) by strengthening legal and institutional frameworks for county OSR, identifying opportunities for optimizing county OSR potential, clarifying assignment of revenue-raising powers between the two levels of government and among counties, and improving counties’ capacities for revenue collection and administration.
