Description
Guidelines prepared by the Ministry of Devolution and Planning to assist counties in the preparation of the second generation county integrated development plans (CIDPs) covering the period 2018-2022. It draws from the experience of the first CIDPs. The guidelines were prepared through in collaboration with other stakeholders including the counties. The provide detailed guidance on the steps in process, framework and content.
