Guidelines for Implementation of the Medium-Term Budget for Financial Year 2019/20. National Treasury Circular 7/2019

The circular issued by the National Treasury as per the Public Finance Management Act, 2012, provides guidance for the implementation of the medium-term budget for the financial year 2019/20. The circular applies to all ministries, departments and agencies (MDA), the Judiciary, the Parliamentary Service Commission (PSC), constitutional commissions and independent offices. County Executive Committee Members for Finance are required to customise and issue guidance to their respective counties in line with Section 104 (1)(n) Public Finance Management Action (PFMA), 2012.
