A Guide on Proactive Disclosure for Public Entities at National and County Government Level in Kenya

This guide sets out the processes and practices that will help agencies to comply with the Access to Information Act, 2016 and particularly with the requirements of proactive disclosure.It will assist public institutions in providing information proactively, even as the country awaits the regulatory framework that will be developed for implementation of the Act as a whole. This guide is key and timely especially at this point in the nation’s history when there is a convergence of minds with regard to conclusively dealing with some challenges  experienced in governance.
