Draft policy on public participation. Office of the Attorney General and Department of Justice. September 2018

This draft policy is aimed at providing the framework for the management and coordination of public participation in Kenya for the fulfillment of the constitutional requirement on citizen engagement in development and governance processes in the country. Once finalised and approved the policy will provide the policy framework for citizen engagement and participation for all public bodies.
