Description
This booklet, available in both Swahili and English, has been developed in recognition of growing appreciation that citizens and locally based associations have a significant role to play in enhancing accountability of public officials in the delivery of public services. Through this bilingual booklet, the IEA-Kenya hopes to introduce citizens to the community score card (CSC) and the social audit as some of the key social accountability tools.
