Description
This report seeks to assess the status of public participation in Kenya under the devolved system of government. This was done through review of constitutional and legal provisions on public participation, assessment of the nature, type/form and levels of participation, identification of opportunities, challenges, and lessons learnt, and making of recommendations on a way forward.
