Description
The County Assemblies Committee Manual is intended to help develop the standard guide to the operations of committees of the county assemblies. This will ensure that the work of County Assemblies is conducted in a systematic and formal manner with a view to strengthen their legislative and oversight roles as provided for in the Constitution of Kenya 2010. The objectives of this manual include but are not limited to providing the standard operating procedures for members and staff of the county assembly, and facilitating effective and efficient county assembly committee operations.
